HR Systems & Technology : Manage and optimize the use of myBeckers /HRIS for data accuracy, efficiency, and reporting. Ensure proper documentation of employee records and handle sensitive data with confidentiality. Requirements: Education : Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience : Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing/plant environment. Track record in handling employee relations, labour law compliance, and recruitment. Female candidates will be preferred. Skills : Strong understanding of Maharashtra (Nagpur region) labour laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
